Craig practices in the areas of taxation, trusts and estates, wills, probate, trust administration, asset protection, succession planning and business planning. Craig provides strategic advice to clients on complex corporate and individual tax matters, mergers and acquisitions, and IRS audits and appeals. He represents clients in tax and state courts. His representative clients include individuals and closely held businesses.

He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Kansas and Wyoming, the U.S. Tax Court, the Kansas state courts, and the Wyoming state courts.
