Don practices in the areas of taxation, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, wills and probate. With broad experience handling income, estate and gift tax matters, Don regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and in the federal courts. His representative clients include individuals, charitable organizations and closely held businesses. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Claims Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Kansas state courts. Don is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his professional career with what is now the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP.
