Greg practices in the areas of taxation, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, wills, probate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and business law. Greg regularly represents clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and in the federal courts. His representative clients include individuals, charitable organizations, entrepreneurs, cooperatives and closely held businesses. Greg also represents taxpayers in structuring tax-deferred exchanges of property. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Kansas state courts.
Greg is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his professional career with the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Kansas Society of CPAs and the Wichita Society of CPAs. He previously served as a member of the board of directors of the Kansas Society of CPAs and as chair of its Taxation Committee. Greg is also a member of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives.
Greg lectures on tax and related issues to professional and various other organizations. Greg is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
