Jack practices in the areas of taxation, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, wills and probate. He frequently handles tax controversies including civil tax litigation in federal and Kansas courts. Jack also has extensive experience in representing tax-exempt organizations and cooperatives. His representative clients include individuals, charitable organizations, cooperatives and closely held businesses. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, U.S. Claims Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Kansas state courts.
Jack was an Internal Revenue Agent from 1965 to 1971 and an Internal Revenue Agent-Conferee 1972 through 1973. Jack is a member of the National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives.
He is an occasional lecturer on tax, exempt organization and estate planning topics for professional and various other organizations. Jack is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
