Gregg practices in the areas of taxation, trusts and estates, wills, probate, and business law. Gregg represents clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and in the federal courts. His representative clients include individuals and closely held businesses. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Kansas state courts.

Gregg is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his professional career with a regional accounting firm. He is an active member of the American Institute of CPAs, Kansas Society of CPAs and the Wichita Chapter of the KSCPAs. He serves as a member of the Taxation Cabinet Leadership Committee and the Student Recruitment/Human Resources task force for the Kansas Society of CPAs.

Gregg lectures on tax and related topics to professional and various other organizations. He is also a lecturer at Wichita State University.
