Eric practices in the areas of taxation, employee benefits and ERISA, trusts and estates, wills, probate, and business law. He is a member of the Kansas Society of CPAs and the Wichita Chapter of the KSCPAs. He represents clients in tax controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and in the federal courts. His representative clients include individuals and closely held businesses. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Kansas state courts.
During law school, Eric earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Estate Planning and Taxation of Gifts and Trusts. He began his professional career as a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals.
