Don practices in the areas of taxation, exempt organizations, trusts and estates, wills, and probate. With broad experience handling income, estate, and gift tax matters, Don represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and in the federal courts. His representative clients include individuals, charitable organizations, and closely held businesses. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Claims Court, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Kansas state courts.

Don is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his professional career with what is now the international accounting firm of KPMG, LLP.

He is an active member of Kansas Society of CPAs and the Wichita Chapter of the KSCPAs.
